Hello, My name is Tigger Pritchard, awesomely neurodivergent and an Autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance, Advocate, Consultant and Trainer. I'm also a Makaton Regional Tutor.
All of this with a particular "Tigger-ish" drive and passion.

I've over thirty years of working alongside, learning from and advocating for neurodivergent individuals. In many different ways: support worker, advocate, teacher, facilitator, trainer, manager, lecturer and a friend, its been a long journey, one that I'm still traveling and learning on, personally and professionally.
This is all linked to a very personal insight, about a world I'm so passionate about. Raising understanding and acceptance of Neurodiversity. Accepting people for who they are, not trying to fit them into any "Neurotypical box".
Knowing more about the world and culture of Autism, the effect of outdated perceptions, of trauma, and of the environment, then the effect these areas have upon an individual, will vastly reduce anxiety.
For too long, I've seen individuals and families faced with a lack of current understanding of Autism and Neurodiversity, professionals under resourced with not enough training and supportive input, and all incredibly anxious.
I believe my passion, insight and knowledge can help to reduce this anxiety, and lead to true acceptance and understanding of the world of Autistic culture.
I'm using my extensive experience, knowledge and teaching practice to pass on my skills through my training and consultancy work across the whole of the United Kingdom, and a few other places across the globe, face to face and online.
I advise individuals, families, corporate organisations and educational settings on a consultancy basis. This includes one to one work and advising families needing support, plus working in care, educational and other establishments.
I've supported and advised upon relaxed performances and Autistic friendly events. I offer advice, the development of specific resources, bespoke training and more, to suit all requirements. I offer a wide range of services, from consultation and training, with individuals, families, education and care provision and organisations.
I'm a regular presenter, delivering for many major organisations and national and international conferences.
I'm also a Conference organiser, having organising Cornwall's first Pathological Demand Avoidance and online Autism Conferences.
A passionate volunteer, I work for various advocacy and support groups in the Autism and PDA community.
Please do free to get in touch to find out more, looking forward to hearing from you. Be safe and take care.
